Brian wanted to replace his cheep stamped steel road drop out with nice track drop outs.

The first thing I do it cut the drop out in two so I can remove them easer.

I heated up each peice and pulled them out.

Brian also wanted the cable stops removed. Sorry about the bad picture.

After I heated up the stop and pulled it off I used a small belt sander to clean it up.

Test fitting the new drop outs.

All brazed up and mostly cleaned up too.

Rattle can silver and one day later on the road.
